Our return policy

If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you can replace it in one of the following ways:

Exchange

Contact us by e-mail, ask for a return slip and send the item back by post. You can replace the product with another, or in the event that the replacement is due to a malfunction, it will be replaced with a new product that will then be sent back to you.

Return

If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get your money back. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it. Then send it back to us at the following address:

Refund

Our aim is to handle the return within 7 working days after it has been received at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days after the return has been processed.
